Welcome to the website of the Baha'i community of greater Louisville and Kentuckiana, serving Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Bullit counties in Kentucky, and Clark, Floyd, and Harrison counties in Indiana. The Baha'i Faith is known for its teachings on such issues as race unity, the equality of women and men, the spiritual education of children, and the establishment of world peace. We believe that the spiritual solutions to many of the world's challenges can be found in the Teachings of Baha'u'llah, the Prophet-Founder of the Baha'i Faith. These teachings provide a vision of hope for the future that unites all humanity, eliminates all forms of prejudice, and strengthens the bonds and ties of family life.
The Kentuckiana Baha'i Community offers Children's Classes to help nurture your growing family, Study Circles to quench the thirst to find meaning in life, and Devotional Gatherings to feed your spirit. We warmly invite you to participate in any or all of these activities or to attend a Fireside where you can learn more about the Baha'i Faith and our growing community. These activities are held at the Baha'i Center at 3808 Bardstown Rd., in Louisville, as well as various locations around Kentuckiana. We warmly invite you to join us!
